Bonyan adopts a documented management system that covers the main operational functions executed in the office's routine activities.
Furthermore, the fundamental building blocks of a comprehensive quality management system have been established with the creation of work instruction forms covering key activities (administrative, project management, financial). Key business processes have hence been documented, regularly updated and modified. A culture of continuous improvement thoroughly established among the firm's staff.
We, at Bonyan also adopt a strict quality control system aimed at ensuring that all reports produced by the firm's staff satisfy the firm’s stated quality objectives that are clearly outlined through a detailed report writing manual. Furthermore, Bonyan strives to assure its customers that all technical components of major works executed by the firm's staff should abide by internal standards beset in accordance to recognized international authorities (e.g. BSI, ASTM, ACI…etc).
To complement and further cement these efforts, Bonyan is undergoing a holistic organizational development exercise aimed at restructuring the company's core management systems including developing a quality management system.
